We need your web skills!

by Sikh Helpline

Sikh Helpline needs help to update our website. We have recently won prestigious awards including the Queens Voluntary award for voluntary service and we want to shout about the great work our volunteers do, as well as share the services we provide and reach people who could really benefit from support and STOP suffering in silence. If you have the skill and can offer your time to help us, to help more people as well as celebrate the great work our volunteers are doing to make life easier for others, please reach out. Help us from your own home or office, or in our West Bromwich office. #LetsGoSandwell

Support people over the phone

by Sikh Helpline

Sikh Helpline works 24 hours/7 days a week to support extremely vulnerable people over the phone on a national scale. We are in need of call handlers who can offer their time to support a service user. With the need and calls increased twofold from 2019, we want to ensure we can continue to provide this much needed service. We need volunteers who want to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Training will be provided to handle calls. Help us from home or from our office in West Bromwich.

Let your hair down with DiscoInclusive!

by DiscoInclusive

DiscoInclusive would love you to come and hang out with us on the last Wednesday evening of every month. Many Sandwell youngsters enjoy the freedom of these discos, and sometimes need a hand to get out on the floor and boogie. Our elder founder, who has complete sight loss, could also do with a sighted guide to make the most of the evening. Take a look at our Facebook page to see the fun we have.
