Handy? Help us out at Wood Lane Community Centre

We are looking for reliable volunteers to help maintain and improve Wood Lane Community Centre and Happy Days Nursery. Tasks may include general DIY, minor repairs, painting and decorating, plumbing maintenance, assembling or fitting furniture and shelves, gardening, and outdoor upkeep. Electrical work would be undertaken only by appropriately qualified volunteers. We welcome skilled tradespeople as well as practical DIY enthusiasts who can spare a few hours. Tasks will be agreed based on each volunteer’s skills, experience and qualifications, with flexible hours and occasional help also appreciated. Your time and skills will help us maintain a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for our local community.
Pre-agreed expenses may be reimbursed.

Greets Green Community Enterprises is a community organisation and registered charity that operates Wood Lane Community Centre in West Bromwich. The centre brings local people together through community activities, learning opportunities, workshops, events and support for children, families, adults and older residents. Volunteers can help us make the centre welcoming, inclusive and active for the local community.
