Support the perinatal team with the running of their ‘Stay and Play’ sessions:
-Support the mental health and wellbeing of mothers during the post natal period
-Help staff with the setup of age appropriate activities for newborns up to 2 years olds
-Clean and disinfect toys and activity areas after each session
-Engage positively with mothers and their children throughout the group
-Be available to support weekly group on Wednesdays between 11:30am–12:30.

We actively encourage individuals with lived experience to apply for all of these vacancies. Please note that we are unable to accept recent service users into roles within the same site or service where they received care. This helps maintain clear boundaries, protects confidentiality, and ensures individuals have enough distance from their own recovery to feel confident and supported in a volunteer role.

- Creativity to support staff with creating craft activities with moms and children
- To be able to support staff with signposting Moms to other support and services where needed.

- Basic Computer Skills - Ability to use some digital technology for training and communications - we can support you with this.
-Will gain experience of volunteering within the perinatal team, and the opportunity to support vulnerable people in your community and contribute to the wider team.
- Will be able to collaborate with staff and patients to improve services.
