Help participants in our ‘Better Mental Health’ activities

by Options for Life

Thanks to a grant from the Sandwell Council Better Mental Health Strategy Grant Scheme, we are able to offer our participants therapeutic sessions focusing on coping strategies, stress management techniques and mindfulness practices.
We are seeking volunteers to help participants engage in the sessions by setting up, explaining any prompts from the trainer and taking feedback at the end. These sessions will equip participants with practical tools to navigate daily challenges, reduce anxiety, and enhance emotional resilience. Additionally, art therapy and expressive activities within drama sessions will provide creative outlets for individuals to process their emotions, fostering self-expression and a sense of emotional release. Through these workshops, participants will gain valuable skills to manage their mental wellbeing effectively.
We will reimburse pre-agreed expenses.
