Community Cafe helpers needed

We run a popular Community Café and we are always looking for new volunteers to assist with a variety of roles. These can vary from setting up tables, welcoming and waiting on customers, serving coffee and teas, or cooking hot meals.
The Community Café is a weekly Friday event and is part of the Places Of Welcome scheme.

Organisation description

Brushstrokes supports asylum seekers, refugees and other migrants across Sandwell and West Birmingham. We run a number of services and activities to support members of our diverse community.

If you have any skills in catering or preparing meals, these would be useful but not necessary.

Experience gained

Volunteers will be supervised by a staff member and given Food Safety Training
