Urgently need helpers for our Adult Feedback Support Service!

This really worthwhile service is commissioned by Sandwell Council to enable people living in a variety of care settings including care homes, day centres and extra care housing schemes to feed back on the quality of the service they receive.
We need volunteers to help us complete monitoring questionnaires with resident service users and their relatives which focus on the quality of the care provider and the care given.
The role is very flexible and will involve one or two days a month as convenient.

We provide independent advocacy throughout Sandwell, promoting rights, voice and empowerment.

Preferred skills

We need volunteers with empathy, patience, good communication skills and a desire to help people to have a voice, share their experience and give opinions as to what they would like to see happen in their care settings.

Experience gained

You will be given full training and will be supported by a fully trained advocate.
